What is spring doing where you are?
Spring in Indiana has been… interesting… Monday, three inches of snow. Tuesday, 60-degree weather with severe thunderstorms and some hail thrown in for good measure. Today, Wednesday, flurries.
Go home, spring. You’re drunk.
Poor Cooper has been stuck in the house more than usual lately, in part because of the weather, and in part because his running buddy completed his first marathon on Saturday and hasn’t felt up to taking Coop for a jog since! 🙂 He has gotten out, of course, but no running for this guy. (Full disclosure: I’m a fair-weather jogger. No cold, rainy, or snowy days for me!)
We’ve gone to the natural playground we discovered a handful of times, and we recently tried a trip down to this pretty little duck pond:
Or, at least, I imagine it will be very pretty once spring actually springs!
The other thing I wanted to share with you guys is that John and I would love to invite you to our second-ever Facebook Live! We had so much fun when we hosted our first-ever Facebook Live back in February, and several of you way-too-kind friends asked us to do another. I had initially thought that we could do it monthly or something like that, but then March just disappeared… so, here we are!

Spring in the midwest is always an adventure! We had snow last night – first snow since February! Otherwise lots of grey skies and rain.

Arrrgh!!! Spring in Michigan is just as drunk, when it’s sunny it’s cold, and when it’s cloudy it’s snowing and blowing. Can’t wait to get just a couple of 60 degree days to give us a taste of what’s to come. It feels like the cold has been forever this year and we didn’t even have a bad winter!!! Both me and the dog are still in winter coats!
Looking ahead, I think we can all shed our winter coats this coming weekend! 🙂 Hope that’s the case for you and your sweet pup!
Spring in northern Sweden is nowhere to be found. We’ve had snow for the last three days, just when I thought spring was coming. Makes me dream of Hawaii… 🙂
Ooohhh… think I need to dream of Hawaii, too! We woke up to more snow again today, though it’s supposed to warm up this weekend! Here’s hoping you get a spring soon, too!
