Taa daa!
I’m so excited to unveil my brand new site design. Wahoo! Honestly, I could not be more excited. Before I get into all the details, I have to say a big, huge thank you to the amazing designer who came up with the perfect logo and header image in about five minutes. Way to go Erica of Bliss Graphics! You are wonderful, and your dogs are so super cute!
Allow me to give you a quick tour of the new site: First, the header. Erica created four gorgeous designs that I’ll be periodically rotating, so keep an eye out for the next version. Next up, there are new tabs at the top with nifty dropdowns. And the Positively Pit Bull tab will be populated with awesome content very soon… as soon as I have all the details of this secret project worked out, you can be sure I’ll make a big announcement. Then there are all the gizmos on the right, including a search bar. YAY! Also, I can have HUGE pictures, which is super exciting because now I can post big versions of darling pics like this one:
Still to be done: The blogroll is horribly, unforgivably out of date. I promise to spend time adding all the wonderful blogs that I devour every day. Same for the Categories dropdown. There’s also some behind-the-scenes stuff that I need to figure out, so if you encounter any technical difficulties… sorry ’bout that.
Thank you for being such a wonderful group of dog lovers and for continuing to stop by to hang out with me and my boys. I hope this new design makes the blog a little easier on the eyes and a little easier to navigate.
