Awesome! This very morning I got to sing my “All the Mammals on the Bed” song for the first time in almost a year! My newest cat, former feral Eris, has been reluctant to hang out with the group for any length of time; but she seem to be coming around!
Ah yes, when our daughter’s cat lived with us, he desperately wanted to be part of the ‘in crowd’ that slept on the bed. Unfortunately for him the only way he could achieve this was to creep up when the dogs were sleeping. He did that a couple of times.
We tried letting him sleep with us during the night (despite my cat allergies) but he could never just creep up and sleep he had to meow or purr and then the dogs would wake up and chase him. Poor kitty.
Ha! This happened in my house last night. After a 18 months of hissing and chasing (the dog loves the cat, but the cat is not sympathetically inclined) they both settled down in front of the fire for a snooze together, united in their love of warmth during this cold snap. My cockles were similarly warmed! 🙂

I can’t believe the number of pig references I’ve gotten this week, but this is definatley cute.

Love it! They do surprise us sometimes, huh?

Of course, you’ll notice who is entirely on the bed and who is hanging off. Not surprised. (LOVE the pic!)

Well, I’ll be. Pigs can be so flighty, can’t they? 😉 Love it! In other news, hope Cooper’s faucets are off and that he feels much better.

Holy crap! Good work!!! 🙂

That’s amazing! Who was on the bed first?

I have no idea, but I wish I did!! I was on the other side of the room, and I stood up and about fell over. Thank goodness for cell phone cameras!!
