Just like people, some dogs just take a great picture.
Some dogs look good from any angle.
Some dogs… don’t.
Even in action, some dogs are just naturally photogenic.
And some dogs… just aren’t.
Okay, okay. This post is all in good fun. I have tons of good pictures of Emmett, although – truly – it’s disproportionately difficult to get a good one of him than it is to get a good one of Lucas or Cooper.
Is your dog photogenic? Or do you have a hard-drive filled with outtakes like I do?
The second pic of Emmett is pretty cute!!! That third one is ridiculous…. 🙂
This is so funny!
I also just read your PETA post and I don’t even know what to say about that organization. Thank you for spreading the word. Too many people still believe PETA actually cares about animals.
I cringe when I hear shelters say things like “pitbulls are the most abused dogs on the planet.” Um … no, actually most pitbulls are typical pets living in loving homes. We just don’t hear about those dogs because they are, well, kinda boring! Referring to them as “abused” makes them sounds scary to people, and it’s not helping to increase adoptions. Most pitbulls are just normal dogs. I wish PETA, with its millions of dollars, could help spread a more positive message.
OMG. I am not alone! My Daisy lights up for the camera. Bella? Not so much.
Hilarious post Maggie! very cute picture of the boys, love Emmett’s expressions and his tongue!!!
I have four and it’s very difficult to get two of them to look great in a photo!
Oh boy, I absolutely have a hard drive filled with outtakes! I’m actually thinking of doing a “blooper” post at some point! And some of the dogs are worse than others….Cricket is the most difficult because she just won’t sit still long enough to get a good photo (except maybe if I’m holding the ball hostage and she’s staring at it)!
Spot on…although I don’t think it’s the dog so much as mom behind the lens. TO talent or skill for photo taking.
