Emmett and Lucas were both picked up as strays. Cooper’s whole litter was dumped. I can’t imagine how that could happen to them, but I also can’t imagine my life without my rescue pups. The reality is, though, that these three were pretty lucky. We have a significant pet overpopulation problem in this country, and compounding that is the sad fact that many people still feel uncomfortable adopting from a shelter and choose to buy a dog instead.
On July 23, we have the opportunity to give shelter dogs a loud voice.
Dog Rescue Success is proud to partner with Blog Catalog in Bloggers Unite for DogRescueand would love it if you would join in and make a difference that results in a massive global campaign to promote the life or death difference consumers can make through dog adoptions.

Yay!! Great to see so many of the blogs I follow participating in this 🙂
Thanks for telling everyone about the upcoming event! The more the word spreads the better. Lots of unhappy tails are counting on all of us to give them reasons to wag again. 🙂
Awesome of you to point out about the awful problem we have in shelters, and the importance of adoption. Looking forward to this event, and all the wonderful things that will surely happen for the dogs!
Thank you for blogging the change for animals,
