In honor of my 500th blog post (!!!) I’ve decided to host a giveaway of my most recent, most favorite dog product discovery… maybe ever!
Does this sound familiar? You have a leash, poop bags, house keys, maybe a cell phone, treats, clicker, and a squirrel/deer/bike/other dog rushes past. Or you’re training in the park and need a third hand so that you can lure your dog while holding the leash and treating him.
The Citizen Canine by Tom Bihn solves those problems! The bag has a spot on the top for treats, a zippered part on the back that’s perfect for your house key, and a poop bag dispenser on the bottom. With two strap options – a fanny pack version and a messenger-style version – you can wear it comfortably and stuff have a great grasp of the leash.
Honestly, I love, love this product.
And, in honor of my 500th post, I’m giving one away!
To enter, leave a comment on this post telling us what your favorite dog product is, what you can’t live without, or just to say hello! I will select a winner at random on Tuesday, July 3.
The rules:
- One entry per person, please.
- Comments on this post only count as entries toward the drawing.
- I will use Random.org to select a winner on Tuesday, July 3. I’ll email the winner, so be sure to enter with a valid email address, and the winner has 5 days to respond with his/her mailing address. If the winner doesn’t claim the prize, I’ll redraw.
Disclaimer: The company sent me a Citizen Canine bag to test, but the fact that I got one for free doesn’t change my review. I love this product and am so excited to give one away because I think you’ll love it, too!
Ooooh! I need this!!!
I really looks great!!! Wish I had one also!!!
I mean IT looks really great!!!
This is genius! I could really use one!
YIPPEE! Congratulations on your 500th postie!
And that is a super cool thing. Sure looks like something my mom would LUVS!
Wiggles & Wags,
Mayzie
Ooo looks fancy, certainly could use one of those.
Sending love from the Last Frontier!
Congrats on your 500th post Maggie! Great blog with great writing and advice.
this looks like a great product! Congrats on your 500th post
I can’t live without a gentle leader for one of my dogs. It’s the best product for him!
I second that.
That looks like a bit of a lifesaver for me!
No more crumbs in the inside of my jacket pockets 😉
Love to read your blog!
Congrats on your 500th blog post! This is a pretty great idea to have a one in all dog pouch. I’ve seen some on amazon, but this one is really sleek looking. I will definitely pick one up. There is nothing more frustrating than walking two dogs and trying to pick up their poop while juggling bags, their water, treats, ect.
Congrats on your 500th post! That’s a whole lot of lovely posting.
My favorite dog product? Well, it isn’t dog exclusive, but I’m going to have to say the clicker.
I really like that bag! It looks nice and roomy, besides being black, which goes with everything (including the Elka).
Congratulations on your 500th. Hope you are feeling great. Looks like a great product, but if I get pulled, do a redraw. My lot mainly run around my own paddocks, and I don’t do the pick up, and have nothing with me.
looks paw’some! Mom’s favorite dog thing is my leather working leash. Its got clips and hooks on it and its super versatile!
wags, wiggles & slobbers
Murphydog
This looks so cool! My dog would love me more if I had this 😀
My favorite dog product is my clicker. I have trained without one and there is just no comparison!
Happy 500th! 🙂 That seems like a great product, would definitely come in handy!
Hi Maggie! my favorite dog product right now is Bil Jac liver treats b/c they are soft enough I can put pills in them when needed and also soft enough for my little senior toothless chihuahua, Eugene, to enjoy. But they are also apparently delicious b/c all the dogs covet them!
That is a super cool bag! Congrats on 500th post 🙂
This product sounds fantastic to me – I can bring it along while I walk my Shiloh Shepherd!
That would be great for treats! I would say a gentle leader is our must have!
I’m in. Has the drawing happened yet? I would donate this to a Homeland Security K9 Search and Rescue team member in Bloomington (aka my brother).
My favorite dog product is my long line.
